Who runs this site

This website and the voting site (vote.greystoneestateswest.com) are run by the Greystone Estates West Homes Association, a volunteer homeowners association established in 1972. By using them, you agree to these terms.

The information here is a convenience for homeowners. The association's recorded Declaration of Restrictions, Bylaws, and Articles govern the association. If anything on this website disagrees with them, those documents control.

Online voting

• Only the people the board lists as eligible voters for a vote may take part in it. The board sets each vote's voters, questions, and voting window under the governing documents.
• Your ballot link and sign-in codes are personal. Do not forward or share them, and do not vote for anyone else.
• Each eligible voter can cast one ballot per vote.
• The board announces each vote in advance at its quarterly meetings, and the announcement appears in the published minutes.
• How ballots are kept secret, and when a vote is open instead, is explained on the Privacy page.

If you cannot get to your ballot, or something looks wrong, email the board at hoa.greystoneestateswest@gmail.com before voting closes.

Emails

The association emails homeowners only about association business, from ballots@greystoneestateswest.com. Every voting email has an Unsubscribe link. What we send and how we use your address are described on the Privacy page. Replies to our emails reach the board.

Fair use

Do not try to get into another person's ballot or account, interfere with the voting site or this website, or use them to send anything harmful. The board may stop access for anyone who does.

Accuracy and availability

The board keeps this website as accurate and current as it can, but it is provided as is. Dates, fees, and rules can change; the board's notices and the governing documents are the final word.

Links to the Young Management Group portal and the neighborhood Facebook group lead to sites with their own terms.

Changes and questions

The board may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. Questions go to hoa.greystoneestateswest@gmail.com.
