Meetings
Board meetings are open to all homeowners. They are announced through Young Management Group's homeowner messages, and each notice gives the date, time, place and the meeting agenda. The annual meeting, where directors are elected, is held the third Sunday in April; its notice, with the time and location, comes by mail.

Social
Chair: Michael Sheerin
Plans neighborhood events such as the chili cook-off and the Friendsgiving potluck.
Landscaping
Chair: Blake Winchester
Looks after the entrances and common areas and oversees the mowing and landscaping contracts.
Pool
Chair: Marty Metz
Runs the pool season: opening and closing, upkeep, access and the pool rules.
Tennis/Basketball court
Chair: Mark Kohlrus
Looks after the tennis/pickleball and basketball courts: surfaces, nets, hoops, lines, lights and court rules.
