Status letters

Title companies usually need a letter confirming dues are paid and listing any open issues. Request it from Young Management Group, the association's management company, through the Young Management Group homeowner portal.

There is no fee.

For buyers

• Every home is part of the association, and dues are required.
• Read the Declaration and bylaws before closing.
• After closing, send the board your contact details so you get your voting link.
