Every home in Greystone Estates West pays annual dues under the Declaration. They keep the entrances and common areas looking good and the association running.

What dues pay for
- Running the pool: opening and closing, chemicals, repairs and insurance
- Upkeep of the tennis/pickleball and basketball courts
- Landscaping and mowing of the entrances and common areas
- Insurance, taxes and the association's legal and accounting costs
- Social committee events such as the Friendsgiving potluck
Trash and recycling is opt-in and not included in dues; its fee is owed at the same time. The budget is in the homeowner portal; see Documents.
